Abstract

 Cooperative manufacturing is an effective means for enterprises to improve their technology, develop new products, and expand domestic and foreign markets. While cooperating with well-known foreign companies, further cooperating with domestic manufacturers is a new attempt. Taking the cooperative production of PH2800XPB large mining excavator by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper discusses how to effectively organize and carry out such cooperation.
