On Clamping Deformation and Affection of Accuracy Working on Lathes

Abstract

The relationship between clamping force and deformation when three-jaw clamping and four-jaw clamping on lathe is pointed out, which provides a basis for the formulation of clamping methods in the process route of thin-walled parts and can effectively reduce the influence of part clamping deformation on processing accuracy.
